You may have been referred to a family friend who once used an attorney for some other type of law, but unless they solely handle residential transactions, chances are they are a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. You certainly would not see a cardiologist for a foot problem!
With over a dozen staff members solely dedicated exclusively to residential real estate, our office works as a cohesive unit of professionals that are intimately familiar with every single transaction; thus any one of us can assist you with your transaction in real-time.
In charge is one of our managing partners. They oversee everything behind the scenes to make sure that all aspects of your transaction are handled flawlessly.
Finally regarding any in-person Contract appointments or attendance at closing, you will be meeting with one of our in-house staff associates. At the Diamond Law Group, we do not send random ‘of counsel’ per diem closers who may not even be attorneys (as many other firms frequently do)! When interviewing our competitors be sure to specifically ask about this! You deserve to have an actual attorney with you at closing! That’s what you are paying for, after all.

If you are even thinking of buying or selling a home, you should retain us immediately. Even if you do not have an accepted offer at this time! You have questions, we have answers. You do not want to feel rushed making this decision as often is the case. Having an attorney on retainer will assure you that throughout the process you will have the level of support you deserve and frankly are entitled to.

2. Kindly then DocuSign the Retainer we e-mail to you. This shall outline the transaction process as well as confirm our mutual obligations to one another. Feel free to Review our sample Retainers without obligation or payment:
3. Our base fee for a simple contract and closing is determined on a case-by-case basis which will be quoted after your initial consult with our attorneys. You will then submit your payment for half of our legal fee via the methods below. This is due initially before any work is commenced on your behalf. Once the Contract has been signed by both parties, this initial Retainer payment shall become non-refundable. Prior to this point, the fee is 100% refundable.

Once we have received both the executed Retainer and corresponding payment, we’ll contact you immediately with the next steps so that we may proceed without delay.
